Term and Conditions

Detailed description of services - PRIICE maintains an industry specific software program which actively stores price lists from multiple suppliers and allows participating customers to access those price lists using the ‘live’ prices to maintain worksheets for their customers, place orders with their suppliers and generate retail quotes for their customers with the facility to convert those quotes into signed customer orders.

Disclaimer - PRIICE acts only as an updateable link between suppliers and users and displays the suppliers’ information as uploaded to its database. PRIICE does not warrant the correctness or applicability of any data uploaded or displayed in the program.

Responsibility - PRIICE takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction - including the software sold and maintained through this website, customer service and support, as well as dispute resolution, but takes no responsibility for the downloading or accessing of information from any user’s computer. It is the suppliers’ responsibility to ensure their information is displayed accurately and to correct any errors immediately. If the correction procedures do not rectify the problem they should advise PRIICE through the software provided to them and/or through the Feedback Form (the envelope in the top blue bar of the program). Users should verify the accuracy of all information displayed directly with suppliers in the same way they would do with information supplied to them directly from the supplier – eg, as in printed or emailed price lists.

Pricing policy and transaction currency – Suppliers pay an Initial Fee to set up their protocols and to test and verify their initial data and thereafter a Monthly Fee to list their information. Users pay an Initial Fee to register and to create their profile and thereafter a Monthly Fee to access the data and use the software. These are as listed on this website from time to time, are payable in South African Rands (ZAR) and exclude vat or any other taxes or government levies that may be imposed in the future. They are subject to change without prior notice being given.

Return and refunds policyPRIICE does not lock users into contracts – subscriptions can be canceled by giving one calendar month’s notice in writing. PRIICE also offers a 3 month cancellation and money back guarantee if a user feels the software has not delivered sufficient value for the money paid – but this option applies only to the first three months following their initial registration.

Download policy - Subject to receipt of payment, requests to download and access the software will be processed within 72 hours. There are no additional costs other than the bandwidth each user incurs on their own data package.

Customer privacy policy - PRIICE shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users – which for the purposes of this clause shall be defined as it is detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and which may be downloaded from:
